Good experience, needs improvement
I had to reach out to the quoting team twice. The first go around would not allow me to purchase my plan. The second go around would not allow me to select a military/first responder's discount delaying my coverage for another 3 days. Overall, the application was easy to fill out and their premiums (especially through a company sponsorship) are very competitive.

The Meaning of Good Customer Service
My overall experience with Spot Pet Insurance is amazing!! I’m using this adjective to describe them because on the wonderful service (s) the provider for my little furry family member. Some insurance companies will let you go on paying for services you don’t need any longer. When it was time for my renewal the rep really help me in my decision. When you file a claim they are very prompt in paying with no hassles. I’m so happy I selected this company, I’m very happy with them!!!!
