Your refund Is in your bank account within 3 to 5 days, Amazing!!!! This is the first pet I’ve had insurance on. I will never go without insurance again.

I love this insurance for my pooches. However due to a mistake on my part I have a payment plan with my vet and it makes it very difficult for my claims to be reimbursed. I will call again to see how this can be resolved. I love the customer service and one of the clains was processed without any issues, Thank you for caring for my fur babies.
