Easy claim process!
Claims are super easy to submit, especially using the app. It took a while for my first claim to be processed, but the next two were pretty quick. Once I was due for a claim reimbursement, the check was processed and mailed quickly! So far, I'm very please with everything!

They came through when I needed them…
They came through when I needed them most. They were able to assist me with a major surgery that truly saved my dog Tokyo's life. It was very helpful to have my surgeon tell me that Trupanion was one of his preferred companies to work with. It allowed us to focus on our dog instead of insurance issues at an intense and critical time. No one wants the fate of their family member dictated by money. They worked for me.

Great for 2019... not sure about 2020
I have always loved being a customer.... but for the next year my rates went up $20/month... pretty steep. Now I have to shop around... oh well....

OMG if it wasn't for Trupanion my dog…
OMG if it wasn't for Trupanion my dog wouldn't be alive. They've made it possible for her to have a successful cancer surgery (she's only 6 and a chihuahua) and treatments. Without them I simply couldn't afford to pay for everything. I submit my claim on Tuesday (as that's when she sees her doctor) and by Friday they've deposited the funds into my account. It has been a Godsend to have them. I am so glad I signed up when she was a puppy. I literally tell everyone I know that if they are getting a puppy to sign up for Trupanion!!!
