I never leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with one of the representatives while I was looking into cancelling my policy that I felt I had to share. She took the time to work within my budget while being honest and offering recommendations that were truly in the best interest of both me and my kitties. I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but I’m so grateful for the care and effort she put into finding a new plan that worked for us.
