Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Insurance claims were a hassle and when I tried to cancel the insurance they had several loopholes. I have still not been able to cancel it. I have to go through my credit card company to stop this charge. It’s like a lifetime subscription that you just can’t get rid of. Beware!

So much for caring about your dog
So much for caring about your dog. When my 10 year old Newfoundlands policy renewed the new rate increased from $208 a month to $554 a month. Right when your dog really needs the insurance benefits they price the policy out of range. I would never recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to anyone.

The claim process seems disjointed
The claim process seems disjointed. It takes some time to approve and it is stressful to obtain documentation that is somewhat foreign to lay consumers.

Customer service was great and all my questions were answered. I'm leaving my current insurance company for Prudent Pet. Same coverage at a much better cost.
