Good insurance; pays quickly.
I recently filed claims for my dog’s knee surgery. The company paid reasonably fast, and it’s very easy to submit your claim online. I only have four stars due to the high cost as your pet gets older, and the 20 percent “co-insurance,” which is actually a deductible. I only called the company once, and the representative was friendly and helpful.

Fast and easy without any hassle!
When submitting my claims, I worried that I'd have to deal with someone questioning every expenditure and whether or not my dog's issues were covered. Thankfully, I had the opposite experience! My claims were processed quickly and I received payment in a very short amount of time. Hopefully I won't ever have to use them again, but if I do, it's comforting to know I can make the best health decisions for my dog without worrying about cost!

The best Pet insurance ever.
After going from one Pet insurance to another I finally settled with Healthy Paws few years ago. I have to say that I realized how smart this decision was only now after my German shepherd had a complicated knee surgery with bill exceeding $5200. I submitted my claim and within 7 days it was processed and paid at 80% reimbursement. I'm extremely lucky and very happy to have this insurance and highly recommend it to every pet owner.
