Very fast
Very fast process and easy to follow through logging into my account. I called the representative once one week after I submitted and she said due to large volume of claim, it is delayed a few days. She immediately started the process of my claim & the rest was very fast to complete.

A disagreement on eligible claims
I don't understand why examinations for a sudden illness or injury are not eligible as part of the claim An exam would almost always be necessary unless the claim was for a reoccurring prescription pertaining to an ongoing condition, etc.
