PETS BEST IS A SCAM
After a routine checkup and blood work the Vet prescribed meds, no biggie. I submitted the paperwork then reimbursed a small fraction of what I paid the Vet due to "pre existing conditions". "BLOOD WORK" IS A PRE EXISTING CONDITION?! "A VET VISIT" IS A PRE EXISTING CONDITION?! "MEDICINE" IS A PRE EXISTING CONDITION?! To be clear, the quotes are what they deem PRE EXISTING CONDITION. How does that make sense??? If my dog had cancer, then brought her to the Vet, THEN the Vet says that she's had cancer for 4 years (before the policy started), then that is a PRE EXISTING condition. AVOID THIS CARRIER. False advertisement with their coverage.

I recently enrolled both of my dogs, Otis and Lola, with Fetch Pet Insurance, and I had a wonderful experience. The representative who helped me, Amanda from Alabama, was absolutely delightful to speak with. She was warm, friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly, which made the enrollment process easy and stress-free. Customer service like Amanda’s is becoming harder to find, and she made a great first impression of Fetch. Healthy Paws Experience
Our Basset had surgery to remove several growths and a vulvoplasty to correct a condition that was getting worst. The one thing I didn’t have to worry about was Healthy Paws. We have had insurance through them since we got her as a puppy. That is over 8 years. The insurance claim was filed on line by uploading the invoice and doctors notes. The Surgery was on June 24th and the claim was completed on the 26th.
