Was told Dental would be covered. Had teeth cleaned and was not covered. Had NO PRIOR dental issues- NONE.
My dog had no dental issues at all. But was not reimbursed for his teeth cleaning because I was told he had teeth issue in his records. I checked with the Vet and looked also with the vet at his records and no where was their ever any Dental issues. I was told teeth cleaning was covered when I signed up. I would NOT have had them cleaned if I knew it wasn't covered. And I KNOW about prior history and he had NONE. Even the vet checked the records again. So no - not happy.

ASPCA pet health insurance has been wonderful, they let you know when they receive your information and keep you informed every step of the way right up until you receive your insurance check. I have to say, this insurance for my pet is far better than the insurance I have for myself.
