First time pet insurance claims
I am unfamiliar with dog insurance so I am not sure how to properly make a claim. There was information missing from the start and its been over a month. I still dont have my money to be reimbursed. I was told during my 3 rd call that in 24 to 48 hours I wpuld receive email. That was Friday June 20. Still have received no email. It looks like something is happening on the app but no email. I really could use the money like now for all of this. I need to pay my credit cards back so this has been a pretty frustrating process. Everyone was polite and helped update my case but I justvhave tonkeep calling to inquire aboutbwhats going on woth my multiple claims.

This was not my first time submitting a claim. I have had good experiences in the past, and was expecting more of the same with my most recent claims. Once again, MetLife provided overall excellent service.
