Reasonable price for well rounded care
I am very happy that Figo pays for alternative care like acupuncture and chiropractic services which are important to me. Monthly payments are also quite reasonable considering that they have plans where they actually pay 100% once you reach your deductible. Wish we had human health plans that's like Figo.

Dealing with Nationwide has been hassle-free
I've dealt with a number of insurance companies over the years and Nationwide by far has been the easiest to work with. They've turned a stressful, worrisome time into peace of mind with their fast response to question, simple claim submission, and online ability to track where in the process everything is. I'm so thrilled I elected to enroll and Lexie thanks you for it too.. she's on the mend!

Great service and easy to use
Everything is so easy to use. It does take some time, but they mention that up front so it doenst bother me. The only reason I gave it an 8 instead of a 10 is because the rate has jumped up quite a bit since I signed up.
