Hartville Pet Insurance has given me peace of mind for my two 1.5 yrs. old rambunctious pups. Claims are processed efficiently and accurately. With direct deposit, you receive your reimbursement within one or two days after the claim has been approved. Customer service is outstanding. Urgent Care visit ended up being pretty painless
I was expecting to be on the phone and go through a painful process when trying to reimburse a claim. Instead, I just printed out some documents, that were partially autofilled, and sent them on their way. Solid process. Would be 10/10 if there was a mobile app I could use to submit a claim.
