Good claim submission experience
Claims have been submitted both by me and by my vet's office. In both cases, it was easy to submit, confirmation of receipt came quickly, and determination of payment and EOB also came quickly and was easy to read and understand for each claim submitted.

Trupanion is always there for my pet!
It is so quick and easy to file a claim with Trupanion. I always receive a quick claim receipt response. Following up a few days later I will receive the remittance/reimbursement for my claim. If I ever have questions, a friendly representative will answer them.

Excellent customer service
My dog went through two TPLO operations, and the claims were easy to file and paid promptly. After a dog has one of these operations, chances are good for a second one to be needed eventually, yet premium increases after the first operation were minimal.

They drag out claim process
They take 4 weeks to even get to your claim. Ask for stuff multiple times. Not consistent. Its like 3 different departments are working one claim. they say they never receive stuff one theres proof they did. They sold company a few years ago and its declined ever since
