Nationwide has been so easy to use. The claims are so easy to file online and I get a response so quickly! I have had no issues and no complaints using them for the past 4 years

Easy, Efficient and Dependable
Each time I have to make a claim, it takes me less than 2 minutes to submit from my cell phone. If I have any questions, their customer service agents are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I am on and off the phone without any hassles or long hold times.

Nationwide has been so helpful with our furbaby's issue. The claims have been so easy to submit, their communication has been fantastic and their release of funds has been very quick. It was so nice to not have to add one more stressor into the mix when dealing with Kingston's surgery.

Pet's Worse.
They're just like all the other insurance companies...take your money and slow to never payout. Filed a claim, never received any updates, when I tried to chat with someone online, they never answered the status of the claim. Also said I didn't have a Wellness Plan which I can't seem to find anywhere on the site. Poor services that exploit people who care about their pets.
