So glad I have insurance
Nationwide has been amazing. It seems like everytime Im at the vet, I overhear pet owners talking about how they maxed out credit cards and spent thousands of dollars on their pets health. We are so glad we got ASPCA pet insurance!
Not long after adopting our mostly toy poodle from a rescue shelter, we learned from our veterinarian that he needed surgery on both knees. We went to the recommended surgeon who confirmed it - luxating patellas on both knees. We are so grateful that ASPCA paid for all the tests, surgery and prescriptions. Without this insurance coverage we would have had to use credit or take out a loan. During the claim process, the customer service representatives I spoke with were courteous, professional and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with ASPCA.
