So Grateful for Nationwide Pet Insurance
I am so happy and relieved that I have Nationwide Pet Insurance for my little Lucy. She has been through quite a few things since we adopted her in August 2018, but having Nationwide Pet Insurance has brought us peace of mind during each experience. I wish I had Nationwide Pet Insurance for my last two dogs. I cannot truly express how grateful I am to have such wonderful coverage for my beloved furbaby. I can focus my attention on helping her get better instead of on the financial stress that comes with paying the vet bills. Thank you Nationwide!

Very easy claim process, and extremely fast payment
I’ve submitted multiple claims for both of my dogs over the past 20 months, and have had nothing but very positive results with Figo. Super easy to file a claim using their app (<5 min), and the reimbursement is automatically transferred to my bank account within a few days. Very happy with this company!

Claim Submission and Completion Time
Submitting the claim via email was extremely easy, but I think the ease of access on your pet portal could be better. I wish there was an easy electronic form to fill out and submit via the portal. That being said, my claim was processed in a timely manner and the reimbursement was more than I expected, and gratefully so. This is the best pet insurance that I have experienced!
