Whoops slower in repay of claims.....
The repay for claims seem to take longer then they did before. YET they let you know if it will take longer to complete everything so that is good to know. Overall I like Pets Best Insurance and have for years! :-)

The online process to file a claim was very easy! Pets Best kept me informed throughout the process. They did a thorough review of all expenses from Chase's pancreatitis illness and paid all related expenses quickly, just as I would have expected. Thanks for a great experience!

Vacation with a furry baby
While on vacation my dog became very ill I had to take her to two different veterinary hospitals due to the complex issues she was having, I really thought that the insurance would help cover her costs they didn't cover anything.
