First claim a bit slow
I was aware that the first claim would take a bit longer, I found 2 months was a little excessive. Although I do not wish to have to submit another claim, It is my hope that it would be much more expedited in the future.

Stress-free
My veterinarian's office and Trupanion did all the work processing my claim. It was a stress-free experience and I'm grateful for that because having a sick pet was stressful on its own. My reimbursement arrived about a week after our emergency vet visit.
