Great program, watch rate increases
I have had Figo for a year and been very happy with the service. From the virtual vet (which we have used numerous times for my dog that likes to eat anything) to the easy claim service and payment, we have been really happy. They did try to do an increase when we moved to a lower cost state (NY to IN), but we got them to move to lower options after a short call with their team. Overall, we have been really happy with the service and customer interactions.

Thank goodness for Nationwide pet insurance. If something seem even a bit "off" I can take my girls to the vet without worry about the bill. Claims are way to process and fast too! Thanks for being there for us.
