A quick and easy process…
I initially got my quote through Pawlicy Advisor but their website did not allow for annual payments which is the payment method I prefer. Stephie, from Prudent Pet was very helpful in facilitating the payment for a my policy. She made sure everything listed in the policy was as I had intended, gave great insightful explanations to my questions and was very pleasant and professional. What more could you ask for!

My premium went up 40% this year. No claims, no interaction with embrace. Sure, my dog’s a year older but 40%. Not happy. Stay away!!!

customer service was great
customer service was great. I felt like I was talking to a fellow pet lover, a person who understood what we were looking for and how to get insurance for a new puppy and an older pet. I got off the phone pleased with what I bought and the experience with the process. We actually canceled a policy with another company because they couldn't get their own "paper work" correct. We knew if we were getting the run around just trying to get the policy coverage correct it would mean a life time of wasted time and money trying to get claims paid.

Spot pet insurance was easy to sign up for. Customer service is great! Submitting a claim is very user friendly. All in all, truly a great experience. We have a non-profit and help our Heroes to get service dogs and service dog training. We always let the handler know that we use Spot Pet Insurance and how user friendly you all are. Thank you.
