ABSOLUTE JOKE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS Denied my claim because my dog's allergies that we just were deemed a “pre-existing condition”despite us rescuing him a few months ago. Total BS, cancelled my plan on the spot.

Really like this insurance
Really like this insurance - policies are clear and easy to submit claims (unlike my experience with home insurance!). I do not recommend the wellness rewards - thats really just a pre-pay savings plan, not insurance. But the remaining coverage is great, claims are easy to file, and have never had unfair claim denials.

My dog needed to have his teeth…
My dog needed to have his teeth cleaned. The vet bill was $725, I submitted the claim to Spot and within a week I received a check for $393. I am pleased with the outcome, and will continue to keep Spot for years to come.
