Pets Best is the best!
Purchasing Pets Best was one of the best decisions I ever made for my dog and my wallet! The plan I chose covers 90% of all accident and illness after a $250 annual deductible, with an unlimited annual cap. The benefits have paid for the low monthly premiums many, many, many times over the the life of my dog.
And, unlike most insurance plans these days, the Pets Best explanation of benefits is always 100% accurate - I never find any inappropriate denials or incomprehensible language, so I never dread having to argue about coverage with an anonymous representative speaking a language different from mine!
Pets Best has really come through for us and I am really very grateful - I only wish I had also purchased the wellness benefit when my pup was a baby!

Lemonade-it worked well
My dog had some pretty concerning stomach problems and needed several diagnostic tests which found nothing wrong- great news but was thinking Lemonade might balk at paying since nothing of note was found. No problem with the claim-handled efficiently and well-I highly recommend Lemonade insurance.

Life saver
Unexpected bills are quickly and smoothly covered by Lemonade and possibly the best customer service I've experienced till date. Cannot count the number of times I've recommended lemonade to people. So good. Keep up the bad ass work y'all

The most expensive watchband, EVER
Our little dog, who we lovingly call a “goat” decided to eat the leather band on my iWatch. Not only did she have a belly full of leather, she also swallowed some metal connecting pieces. The entire Staff at our wonderful veterinarian office - Creature Comforts Animal Hospital- with special thanks to Veterinarian Dr. Espinosa, and Patient Coordinator Denise- who all went above and beyond ensuring our baby girl had the best care possible, and thank you to Trupanion Pet Insurance for allowing us to care for her needs without financial worry.

I've been a customer for over 13 years!
I've been a customer for over 13 years! Your training department does a good job stressing to be polite and caring. Caring with a capitol C. Usually, a pet is sick when a customer is calling, so having a person who seems to really CARE makes you feel like you are not alone, during the frustration and agony of dealing with one's pets' illness. This visit with Jared was over closing my account with one of my dogs who passed away in a 6-dog tragedy in Salt Lake City from what the state thinks is blue algae poisoning. Efficiency is also what you do well. Your employees are trained well (that isn't the case in a whole lot of businesses in today's world)!
