Love this insurance!
Figo Pet Insurance is awesome! The policies are straightforward and easy to understand. The customer service is incredibly friendly and filing a claim couldn't be easier. The turn around time from when the claim is filed to receiving reimbursement is FAST! I love that I don't have to worry about cost when needing to make decision about treatment for either of my dogs. Proud to be part of the Figo Family!

The only Pet Insurance to have!
I am so impressed with Nationwide Pet Insurance. We have now been with with Nationwide for a year. They are very responsive with claims and questions. Even when my credit card was stolen and the payment didn't go through, they reached out by email and snail mail to alert me. I had forgotten to update my credit card with them, and most agencies would have cancelled the policy immediately. However I was able to get back as soon as they alerted me with an update without a break in coverage. This is wonderfull customer service.

This Insurance is a Must Have!
I am so thankful that I've had this insurance on my dog since she was 8 weeks old. The most simpliest things as a teeth cleaning was worth my whole premium for the year. It is a must have if you are taking correct care of your pet.

Claim Number: 1400360. they denied it saying they didn't get vet records. I submitted it with copies of all vet records, notes and receipts.

Figo is the Best!
I only had Figo pet insurance for 10 months when my last Golden Retriever got sick and was diagnosed with stomach cancer. After multiple vets, tests and surgery our bill was over $18,000. I turned in my bills and within a week they had the money in my account. Unfortunately my girl didn't make it through surgery. They even sent me a card, all signed personally from the Figo employees. They are a great company and easy to work with! I will never go without pet insurance.
