Surprise During Dental Cleaning
Aspen had gone in for a dental cleaning, something we knew would not be covered. During the procedure, the vets found two small masses on her gums that they removed, cauterized, and sent for testing. I submitted a claim hoping to at least get something back for the testing. To my surprise, Pets Best covered more than I initially thought they would! Since the masses would need to be removed anyway and, to do so, Aspen would have to be put under general anesthesia, they covered that as well as the testing and other aspects of her being put under. Usually you have to fight with an insurance company to get things covered but here, Pets Best covered things I wasn't even expecting - just doing the right thing by the customer - and saved us hundreds!

Great experience - very pleasantly surprised!
I always heard horror stories about pet insurance companies, but when I bought pet insurance, FIGO was my choice. At crunch time, when my dog needed significant treatments, FIGO was there every step of the way and I didnt have to worry about the money when making choices to give my dog the best care possible. We have 5 cats and have already had to use them for a senior Kitty and a young Kitty under one year. Their app makes it really easy and when that doesn't work ( Operator air lol) the people are compassionate, caring and helpful!! LOVE FIGO!!!

Very friendly and great coverage. The 24 hr Vet helpline is great to have as ell. i didn't expect to even have to use the insurance much but our puppy has had some typical puppy issues and it was a god-send having this insurance.

Peace of mind with Pet Insurance
Happy with Nationwide Pet Insurance because I have multiple pets and it is one way to pay a regular payment and get their medical needs met without having to worry about having high or unexpected costs occur during the month. Although the insurance has really gone up this past year I am hoping I will be able to keep my pets insured.
