Reimbursement slowing

The time it takes to be reimbursed for a claim has literally doubled since we first signed up 3 years ago. This is disappointing, and an inconvenience. Hopefully there are plans to improve service levels.

Grateful

Not recently but over a year ago my St Bernard was diagnosed with bone cancer. I decided to do treatment and once my deductible was met Pets Best reimbursed me 80% of all my dogs treatment. They sent the money very quickly and it allowed me to spend what was needed for treatment. I am so grateful for that. I had my sweet boy for an extra six months , and pets best also reimbursed me 80% on the euthanasia and his cremation. It was heartbreaking to lose him but I am eternally grateful for the extra 6 months I had.

Amazing, fast, no issues, and thoughtful!!

One of our little guys woke up paralyzed; we rush to vet and then ER. He had surgery and will start therapy in a couple weeks (which is ALSO covered!!). I submitted the invoice and it was processed in less than a week, no questions or concerns. I called to asked about therapy coverage and the person was so helpful and asked how our guy was doing. I also received an email asking how his healing is going!!! This company gets me!! <3

My dog needed a urinary procedure done…

My dog needed a urinary procedure done and he needed a pill and a shot due to anxiety and not allowing them to do this procedure without. I submitted for reimbursement and was denied because I was told that when I took my puppy to the vet two days after I got him at eight weeks old that the vet consulted me about biting. They now consider this a behavioral issue due to aggressive behavior and have rejected this due to pre existing condition. An eight week old puppy biting is considered by this company to be aggression!! and all future claims will be denied if he needs calming medicine for anything or needs to be put to sleep.
