Claims are simple
My claims are always submitted right away, and Pets Best is always very prompt in payment. I am satisfied, except I would like an e-mail informing me you have received my claim because most of the time the claim is submitted directly from the veterinarian. You have my e-mail.

The claims process is fairly easy. I immediately receive an email that says my claim was received. However due to high claims processing it sometimes takes awhile to actually process my claim.
