Great Coverage; however, slow reimbursement.
I have the top of the line policy that covers both health & illness. It is most likely the best insurance available. My only complaint is that while I immediately file my claims, it takes far too long to receive reimbursement.

Claims are simple
My claims are always submitted right away, and Pets Best is always very prompt in payment. I am satisfied, except I would like an e-mail informing me you have received my claim because most of the time the claim is submitted directly from the veterinarian. You have my e-mail.

The claims process is fairly easy. I immediately receive an email that says my claim was received. However due to high claims processing it sometimes takes awhile to actually process my claim.
