Claims process was so seamless and quick
Our 4 month Goldendoodle, Maddie broke her leg 4 weeks ago. It happened in the evening which meant it was a visit to the emergency vet, where X-rays were taken and a splint applied. The next day we went to our vet and it was decided she needed surgery. All my claims were processed and paid within 10 days, if not sooner. They allowed all the charges except for office visits (which we knew ahead of time). I was already impressed and then I received a personal email a couple weeks after surgery asking how Maddie was doing after her surgery. They have met and exceeded my expectations. I feel safe having all 3 of my dogs insured by them.

Great Support
This is the first time we have surpassed our deductible due to an illness and complications with our dog recently. I am extremely impressed how well the claims process works and the overall turnaround time. Great to have support from Nationwide when unexpected and stressful situations pop up with our dog. Great program, watch rate increases
I have had Figo for a year and been very happy with the service. From the virtual vet (which we have used numerous times for my dog that likes to eat anything) to the easy claim service and payment, we have been really happy. They did try to do an increase when we moved to a lower cost state (NY to IN), but we got them to move to lower options after a short call with their team. Overall, we have been really happy with the service and customer interactions.

Thank goodness for Nationwide pet insurance. If something seem even a bit "off" I can take my girls to the vet without worry about the bill. Claims are way to process and fast too! Thanks for being there for us.
