I was very grateful that I had this insurance in place for Jackson's surgery!
Was I ever thankful to have this insurance in place when my dog tore his CCL and was in need of surgery! I submitted the claim and within one week received a check for 90% reimbursement. I will not be giving up this insurance...you just never know when you could be faced with a major vet bill! Having this insurance in place gives me peace of mind.

Excellent quick claim service and coverage
Super fast claim settlement. Excellent coverage. So glad we had insurance and could save our boy from bloat. That would have been an awful choice to make if we hadn’t had coverage. He’s make to his old self already!

Great coverage
This was the first time I had to put in a claim for a sick visit. Previously, it was the yearly check-up. The whole process was so easy from putting in the claim to receiving the money. I'm so glad that I have this for Einstein and Bridget, Newfoundland.

Pleasantly surprised

Headache-less
The only feature I would like to see added is viewing claim history submissions (such as comments, attachments, etc...), otherwise, customer service is fast, knowledgeable, seemingly organized, and noticeably caring towards me and my pet. The VitusVet app is so great and makes submitting claims SO easy, it takes me less than a minute no exaggeration. The beat part is that claims are processed quickly and reimbursement is deposited efficiently.
