Easy claim processing
Since I am low-tech, I sent my claim by snail mail; but PetsBest processed it quickly and notified me of the outcome via my email. I am pleased with my choice of PetsBest pet insurance for my sweet Daisy.

Pet insurance provided us with reassurance that we could provide out pets with the best care possible.
Marta, in July was thought to have a heart tumor, a sarcoma and there was nothing we could do to treat her. She had ascites and a pericardial effusion which they drained the fluid surrounding her heart. She was in right sided heart failure. 7 weeks went by and she was still with us. Another cardiac ultrasound was done and she was in the 5% that was idiopathic. She did not have a heart tumor after all. The cost to diagnose was very expensive and I thank the insurance for covering most /all the cost. The cost of the yearly premium was so worth it. You never know what unexpected events your pet will have to go through. For us, the outcome was nothing short of a miracle. We will never have a pet that doesn't have insurance.

Excellent service except for large rate increases.
Service has been excellent except for the recent rate increase. You offer great prizes and giveaways for new customers (like recent $100.00 giveaway) but us loyal customers get rate increases($100.00+ per year). Could have been perfect 10 if not for that. Other than that keep up the great work.

ASPCA Insurance is wonderful
I don't normally write reviews, but ASPCA has been amazing. Our 10+ year-old rescue Australian Cattle Dog mix developed an auto immune disease and low-rider spine problems that has requires an expensive medication and treatments. ASPCA has been covering that medication, no hassle, prompt reimbursement, with really easy online claims processing. I also love how we were able to customize our co-insurance, deductible and maximum coverage to meet our needs. Their phone reps are caring and friendly.

This was my response back when Healthy Paws sent an e-mail asking how the surgery went. Hello. Ari is on his first week of recovery. He is doing really well. The surgery would not have been possible without Healthy Paws. We can’t thank the staff’s understanding and how quickly the claims are processed. The amount of stress with a loved pet with health issues is so hard and healthy paws and it’s staff take some of that burden off our shoulders.
