I have never had a problem with a claim, a question or concern while doing a claim or questions I may have had during the renewal. Everyone has always been so kind and answered all my questions. I am so glad I chose Nationwide for all 4 of my pets, I have been with them over 12 years now!

Quick, easy, and stress-free.
I am extremely happy that I chose Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I have my first puppy, Poppy, and she likes to eat everything! Well, she ate a piece of toy and needed to get an endoscopy to remove it. After everything settled, I filed my claim online which was very easy. They quickly informed me what information I needed to supply them. And right after getting that information, my claim was processed and got the check right away. I was very impressed. It was such a stress-free experience. Thank you.

Excellent! This company is great
I highly recommend this pet insurance company. The claim process is so simple, they don’t ask for tons of paperwork, cover everything I have submitted, and I am reimbursed straight to my bank account in less than a week. My lab was recently really sick and they even personally emailed me to see how she was doing. On top of a great insurance company, they are very thoughtful and hands on!

The whole process was very easy, but needs improvement with creating an account.
The whole process was very easy and fast. My only recommendation would be with the login process to create the account. I tried multiple times to create my account and it would say that my email was already associated with an account. And WOULD not let me make an account. So I had to call and get the password reset. Then that finally worked.

Comes through in an emergency
When my dog ate a grape that rolled off the breakfast table, we were out of town and nowhere near her normal vet. I took her to the closest emergency vet, and didn't worry for a second about how much it would cost. Pets Best has always come through in an emergency and I'm so grateful to not have to wonder whether to run a test or fill a prescription.
