Happy with policy & service
Great insurance - you can select the type of policy you wish to purchase as well as related deductibles and co-pays. Wish I could do this with my insurance. Plus claims submission and settlement are a breeze. Great Service! Thank you once again.

The claims process was very quick and easy. My cat was brought in for an annual exam and shots. Pets Best explained all that was covered or not covered and why. I have been a customer for well over a decade and have been very pleased with them. I have referred a couple people to them who also signed up with their pets. I give Pets Best 5*s all the way. Without warning it became apparent that Stella was not feeling good at all. She was not her outgoing friendly self. On our after dinner romp she would walk and pee then walk and pee again and again. During the night we actually pee'd in the house 7 times! Small amounts. These symptoms first appeared on Friday evening and by Saturday they were even worse. I took her to the nearest clinic opened on the weekends. They took us straight in and began evaluating her. She was diagnosed with a significant UTI. Medication was administered and prescribed. I filed Stella's first claim within two - three days of the vet visit. There were no questions from Pets Best and the claim was proceeded with ease. Thanks a bunch!

It's nice to know that my fur babies are covered
I no longer have to worry about the cost of services when I need to take my dogs to the veterinarian. Nationwide covers my dogs' claims without any hassle. It is definitely worth the premium cost for the peace of mind. If the dogs are sick, I would take them in regardless, but now I don't have to worry about how much it will set me back financially. I can spend my concerns on Shadow and Winston instead!
