When it comes to your pet if you do not have kids you think of them as your kids. The last thing anyone wants to worry about is the financial burden that can come in times of medical needs. Healthy Paws made that a minimal worry for my family and I. The ease of filing a claim, the follow up, and constant communication are testaments to how wonderful of a service they provide.

Love the ease of Nationwide!
Overall I am very satisfied with Nationwide. The app makes my life so easy to upload the vet bills. I get a check sent in the mail very quickly. I love the email updates, they are very helpful to know they got it. If they wanted to upgrade further, direct deposit in the bank would be awesome. Highly recommend!

Turnaround time is not accurate
I was excited about the turn around time for claims. I have yet to see the 3-5 days they claimed. Most are 3-4 weeks out. I will say customer support is very friendly however it is very frustrating to wait 3-4 weeks to turn around a claim.

Work in progress. Gets easier I feel with every claim I make.
I think over all for both my pets it has been pretty good experience. A few years back I had to fight with you guys about a claim claiming it was from my dogs allergies which it wasn’t.. it was bacterial infection all said and done.. you covered a portion of the claim. I do like that you cover our annual visits! We will see how the two claims I just submitted goes.
