This was our first experience with pet insurance of any kind. Our Bella required surgery and making the claim was easy. She had complications that were life threatening. She passed away, unfortunately, but her care was extraordinary and we had the peace of mind her needs came first. We would definitely buy ASPCA Health insurance again and highly recommend it of others!

My deductible is supposed to be reduced every renewal, but this is not reflected in my eob and when I call the reps can never give me correct information about this.

The first time I used the insurance I appreciated the payment. This last time not so well. He had to have labs and other tests which will need to repeated. Especially as the monthly fee has increased. I may start looking around for another insurance for my dog.

Emergency bill
Our Yorkie was mauled by a husky and needed several stitches. I let the emergency VCA vet know that I had Trupanion and within the appointment time, Trupanion approved and paid 2/3 of the total bill! No need for reimbursement! Thank you Trupanion and Jimmie Klemme! ❤️

Great Service
Our 5 year old Aussie became very ill and had to be hospitalized. Although we could not save her, having Met Life Pet Insurance afforded us the opportunity to seek medical attention at the Veterinary Specialty Services in St. Louis MO. Claims, including cremation, were handled promptly even receiving a credit on the yearly premium. We are heartbroken but could not have asked for better service from Met Life Pet Insurance. If we decide to get another pet, Met Life Pet Insurance will be our first contact.
