I have complete trust and confidence in ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. The customer service I receive is always stellar. Staff is knowledgeable, caring and friendly. When I submit a claim I know it will be taken care of - sometimes I wish the wait period was a little shorter though.

Love this insurance
First off I love The ASPCA app. It is Very easy to use especially when submitting claims and I've had no issues with receiving refunds. Everything is pretty stream line. I use it a-lot as my cat was diagnosed with lymphoma back in June. Since i have to go monthly for blood work and get medication refilled The bills add up but Their plan has covered so much of the vet costs. Initially when l got Ascpa insurance my cats where in good health and I wasn't using it hardly at all so I almost canceled it back when I renewed.But im so glad i didn't $500 for the year but they saved me over $3,000+ in vet bills. I realized they covered so much more than I gave them credit for especially for being one of the less expensive pet insurance company's out there. Ive called several times for questions and they have always been very clear with the information they provide and very helpful.

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has been prompt with all communications, and very helpful on their coverage. When they reviewed the euthanasia claim, I actually received a personal call giving me condolences on the loss of my pet. The webpage is easy to navigate, and the claims are very easy to input. I highly recommend this company.
