while I have not had to interact with Trupanion a lot, the times I have have been positive experiences. They are prompt and thorough in their explanations, and put a friendly spin on their answers. Their explanations are clear and easy to understand, vs containing a bunch of legal-ezes (like policies for humans do!).

I have always had amazing service from the Trupanion agents.
I have always had amazing service from the Trupanion agents. They always are so kind, and they take the time to connect with you. It feels like you are talking to someone who is family. They sincerely care about your pet and always encourage to send photos and give your dog (or cat) extra pats for them.
