Nationwide has always gone above and beyond to support our dogs. We appreciate all they do. However our lab is currently going through Heartworm treatment which is not covered because he was positive before the plan started. The email I received today stated, "glad we could help with covering the cost of the most recent visit. " Nationwide didn't cover the cost of this visit!

Nationwide is the very best, always very helpful at Customer Service.
I like Nationwide because they are truly concerned about the wellbeing of my Cinnamon. Always asking how he’s doing on any time I’ve called for assistance. Putting confidence in being treated right
