Healthy Paws saved is a life savior.
Jiggy is doing a lot better after being sick for the first time. Thanks to Healthy Paws because if I did not get insurance for him I wouldn’t be able to sustain the expenses. I never thought that this would happen because he is such an active and healthy pet. Seeing him sick breaks our heart, I hope he will continue to recover and return to baseline. Once again thank you.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. If you ever make the same mistake I did and sign up, make sure you don’t see a vet for the first 30 days. My puppy was itchy one day. I thought he might be having a reaction to something or a bad bug bite. They used this symptom of itchiness to deny him coverage for allergy testing later on, saying he has allergies as a pre-existing condition, even after requesting and receiving a letter from my vet stating he was too young to have developed allergies at the time of his initial examination for itchiness. what a catch 22. Denied coverage for claiming he has allergies when they won’t even cover testing to see if he has any. I’m in too deep to back out now and they constantly jack up the monthly rates. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Slowing down
It took a month before the decision was finalized on the claim. That seemed like a very long time. In the past, I have had them settled within 2 weeks.
