Well taken care of
I didn't know what I signed up for when I enrolled my puppy at 12 weeks old. Today 9 year old Ella has been diagnosed with a heart murmur and kidney failure, and I am so thankful we have Trupanion to see us through. The processing time is fast, and once the deductible is fulfiled they paid us promptly without repetitive questions. So far the total cost of Ella's treatment and maintenance has been over $10000 and I am thankful that with the insurance we can afford her medication and care to keep our precious baby comfortable and well taken care of.

After all, you never know how good your insurance company is until you have a claim!
