Handled everything!
Once I told the vet I had trupanion they handled everything in my time of panic and stress worrying about paying for this nightmare didn't even cross my mind they handled it all and quickly I only had to pay a small amount (compared to the entire surgery cost) and was able to put my time into focusing on my pup who now is healthy and recovering!

Happy but not Happy!
I would recommend you but I sometimes don't agree with your decisions. For instance with Brodys ears you have paid some claims and now you don't it's questionable. I get confused on this I think you going to pay and you don't.

How to file a claim
I took a photo of vet. bill and forwarded to trupanion, waited a few days and bingo!! money in my bank account. It was that easy!
