Errenous diagnosis put on my claims??

I have no complaints except it seems they are putting a diagnosis on my claims that my dog has not been diagnosed with actually she was tested for kennel cough and it was negative. I don't know why Nationwide put kennel cough on my claim and said they cant pay anymore for diagnosis. The vets can't figure out why she is still coughing we are still in the testing and figuring out stage..

Claim was paid quickly

We took out dog to the Vet for her Annual Checkup ... Thankfully her check up went well... I filed a claimed VIA the App And received the check a couple weeks later... The claim process has seemed to have speed up.. As it used to take a LOT longer to receive the Check

Excellent!

I love having nationwide insurance for my two cats. The claims process is extremely simple and anytime I have to call I get a representative quickly and they’re always super nice and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about you all and I’m constantly informing my pet owner friends about nationwide insurance lol.

What's up Pets Best?

******************************************Edited************************************ My November claim showed a processing time of 20 days. My most recent claim shows a processing time of 30 days. THIRTY DAYS. Not quite the 2-3 days as promoted on their own website!!!! I will keep updating my reviews in hopes to keep others from falling for the false claims (no pun intended) made by this company: "We apologize about the delay. Your claim and your pet are important to us. This isn't normal for our company to take this long, and I promise it is not intentional. We have experienced an overwhelming amount of growth in our business that was not expected and are currently processing more claims than we could have ever anticipated. I understand this is not your fault, but we are working really hard to get back up to speed, and we appreciate your business as we work towards that goal." If this statement were true, this lame and patently false canned message would have disappeared months ago. They are not working hard to get back up to speed, they are not hiring new employees. They are trying to save costs. As for the recent 5 star two day claim processing time, I call bullcrap. They are planted reviews to try and bring the rating up. This business was bought out by Synchrony. Synchrony is NOT in the insurance business. They are a financial service company. They offer retail credit cards and not surprisingly, pet care credit. Synchrony doesn't give a rats butt about anything but taking your money and then dragging their time when paying out claims. ____________________________________________________________________________ What happened? Greed? Before 2019, claims processing took 2-3 days MAXIMUM. Now it's up to 20 days. What's up with that? The main reason we started with Pets Best over 10 years ago was because of the turn around time and excellent customer service. Now it seems like the company just wants to hold on to your money and make interest on it instead of focusing on customer service. 20 days for a routine claim???? When it's time to insure a new pet, you can bet your bippy that we will NOT be going with Pets Best. Hopefully the employees are at least getting raises with some of the money they are keeping to accrue interest.
