After having our policy for 8 years we finally had to use it for something bigger than tick meds. It took a minute because my original vet invoice did not have my pets name on it so was originally declined but with a quick couple of phone calls and resubmitting invoices we were awarded some funds for our claim. Thank you so much for the help during these difficult times. My babe is feeling 100% better now.

It’s super easy to summit a claim and easy to get your money, sent right into your bank account. Literally will have my money within a week from submitting they make it so easy to keep my fur baby healthy and safe I love it! It was always easy to submit a claim--create a pre-filled form on-line, then fax it and the vet's receipt. But now it is EVEN easier to get your payment. Fill out the entire thing on-line, take a picture of the receipt, then all done! And your check comes FAST!
