Sara was helpful & friendly.
Sara was helpful & friendly. Understood my objection to my claim denial. But as far as the company goes I have some reluctance. It feels like it took quite a long time to review the claim. Then it was denied based on some inaccurate & incomplete information from the vets note. Also I didn't feel like the claim reviewer made the correct assessment on the records by which he/she based the denial. So now I'm having to deal with an appeal situation which is time consuming & frustrating. Trupanion was recommended to me by the vet staff. I've never carried pet insurance so had little knowledge of all the choices. I gave you a neutral rating because I'm not sure how I'll feel as the appeal process unfolds.
