I just bought the policy
I just bought the policy, so have not used it yet, but all my conversations with representatives have been very helpful and courteous. The price is reasonable and seems to give good coverage. I gave 4 stars based on the interactions and affordabilty and coverage.

Great and attentive customer service
Nationwide has been amazing with ease and speed of claim submission and processing. Price is very affordable. Was a bit concerned at having only one choice as our pet is a rabbit, but customer service here is top notch and notch.

Nationwide has fulfilled all our expectations so, while the premium has increased each year, after the $250.00 annual deduction has been met, each check (90% of each bill) has been sent quickly. We are very pleased!

HealthyPaws have been incredible. I can say they have given me my best customer experience ever, and I never expected that would come from an insurance company! They have been amazingly efficient in dealing with our claim paperwork, reimbursing us within a few days. Their team is professional, courteous and informed.
