The deductibles are too high!
The deductibles are too high! Not covering activities that are part of the visit defeat the whole purpose of a policy. The employees are wonderfully kind and caring.

Patience paid off.
I submitted twenty-two pages of bills and with doctor's explanations and mailed them. In a week's time, I started getting the emails. Then, the checks arrived and it looked like there were no more checks. I was disappointed since it didn't include everything. Then, two days later, the last two checks were for the correct amount. It made me happy. You, also, had someone call me to check on the account but that was before the last two checks were sent. It was hard sending them and keeping the list of everything. I miss my cat, Alex, so much...
