As a matter of fact, I just recommended Trupanion to a friend yesterday, but suggested she look at the list of best pet insurance companies because Trupanion did not rate in the top 3 when I put in my criteria.

Helpful and responsiveness
ASPCA has always been responsive and timely in their response to claims. They have always been positive and friendly. I recently looked into another pet insurance company and realized it was far more expensive than ASPCA and it didn't offer anything additional.
