i wish the visit cost was covered :/ but otherwise trupanion is & will be very helpful to me & my puppy. pets can be expensive - insurance makes sure costs don't end up being astronomical!

I think you are a wonderful company. The claim process is very easy. You responded very quickly. You covered exactly what you promised you would and the check came very quick. Putting through my dogs claims are a lot easier than putting through our own medical claims. This is a wonderful process we are very pleased with your service.
