Trupanion is the best decision ever!

I am so grateful every day for Trupanion. Having it has enabled me to give my cat the care he now needs to stay alive. Trupanion is fair and prompt in paying claims. We all think we'll never be facing choices of pet care vs. financial stability until it stares us in the face. Just like my cousin recommended Trupanion to me, I recommend Trupanion to every pet parent I meet.

Trupanion was there for Stella's surgery

Our 4 year old British lab, Stella, had been in great health, but unfortunately fully tore an ACL/ (CCL) knee ligament, resulting in the need for a major orthopedic surgery - a TPLO. From the moment I contacted Trupanion and spoke with a representative to completing the easy submission of information and invoices online, Trupanion made the entire process seamless. Just a few days later, our insurance reimbursement was deposited in our checking account in plenty of time to pay our credit card bill for veterinary services. I would definitely recommend Trupanion to other pet owners, and recommend subscribing and purchasing when the pets are puppies/kittens.
