I was disappointed to hear as a newer customer that Trupanion does not support nor reimburse for wellness claims nor small issues.
I was disappointed to hear, as a newer customer that Trupanion does not support nor reimburse for wellness claims nor small issues. Yes, it goes toward the $1,000.00 deductible but taking care of very small wellness issues saves everyone in the long run.

Took five days to upload forms that were faxed 5 days earlier. Now wait 10-14 days for reimbursement. I have a completely different experience with healthy paws and my other dog.
