I have been with Trupanion for many years now with 4 large dogs.
I have been with Trupanion for many years now, with 4 large dogs...two current and two deceased. While the insurance may initially seem pricy, the benefits of what is covered, and the piece of mind knowing that expensive and unexpected procedures are covered, makes that cost really much less. With furry children living longer, the coverage of treatment of those ''senior' ailments, by Trupanion, makes the insurance even more affordable in the long run. From procedure to reimbursement, the time is typically within 7 days, with paperwork submitted directly by our vet. So easy... In addition, the representatives at Trupanion are beyond helpful and friendly...truly a pleasure to work with.

Truly saved our dog's life
I tell everyone I'm the new poster child for Trupanion. As shelter-in-placer began, my dog was dying. 4 surgeries came over after the other as we dealt with the new realities of our world, we were facing what we thought was the imminent death of our best friend of 14 years. The bills would have been over $25k for a 14-year-old with no idea of if she'd survive and what her quality of life would be as our salaries became unstable. Now, 4 months later, our dog looks and acts half her age and is as healthy as she was a year ago and Trupanion made this possible. I tell absolutely everyone how easy you made this for us to save our dogs life. We all thank you everyday.
